Sorry to hear about Carol's passing. There aren't many people left in the "old" neighborhood on Water Street.

Sorry I am late getting this out to you , Jim, but I just found out.
My deepest sympathies to you and your family. I never had the pleasure of meeting your
Mother but she must have been a great lady to have raised a great son with such a good heart.
Enjoy your memories and behave , she will be watching over you always. ;-)

Your friend and classmate ,
Teresa

Carol was such a great human being. She cared about her family in the greatest way by giving love always. I knew her through our AFSCME Family. When dining out I will never forget how Carol said she wanted her steak done " with the Rope on it." As you can see she made you laugh and smile when she was around. Rest In Peace now my Union Sister.

I am so sorry to hear about Carol's passing. I remember all the trips we took to different Union functions together and she was very proud to be to be a Union President and a Council 40 Board member. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.

We have the best memories of Carol, at my Mother-In- Law's, Judy Kobernick's house. Carol would have us laughing so hard that we had tears in our eyes. She was a very special person, and we share in your loss. To Roy and the Family, we pray that you feel God's loving arms around you, as he holds and comforts you through this difficult time. I pray that you can get some comfort knowing that Carol touched the lives of so many people with her sense of humor, and that smile that we will never forget. May God Bless and comfort you.

My heart goes out to the Husband and family of Carol Slawson. I laid awake thinking about happier times of Carol cooking the huge holiday dinners, stories around the dinner table and playing games afterwords, her animation during football games, camping and family Christmas cookie bakes, She was a very strong willed woman with the love of a very caring man in Roy!! She is now free of pain and suffering. Thoughts and prayers. Jo
