Leonard E Vohasek

Leonard E. Vohasek, 78, of Sparta, died Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Tomah Serenity House surrounded by his loved ones.

Leonard is survived by his wife, Barbara; 4 children; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a sister; and his beloved dogs, Ruger and Cooper.

Per Leonard’s wishes, there will be no services at this time.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you the entire staff of the Tomah Serenity House and to Dr. Cavaness for the wonderful care given to Leonard.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Tomah Serenity House, 601 Straw St., Tomah, WI 54660.

The Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home, Sparta, is assisting the family with arrangements.
