Susan C Stone

Susan C. Stone, 65, of Sparta, passed away, Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Mayo Clinic Health System, La Crosse. She was born April 23, 1952 to Arvin and Helen (Stevens) Anderson in Whitehall, WI.

Sue grew up in the Blair-Taylor area and graduated from Blair-Taylor High School. She married her first husband, Ron Amundson. Together they had 3 children, they later divorced. Sue worked for over 31 years at the TRW Factory in Etric. She earned an Associate’s Degree as an administrative professional at Western Wisconsin Technical College. Sue married Charles Stone April 1, 2000, in La Crosse. Sue liked to sew, bake, and taught line dancing.

Sue is survived by her husband, Charles Stone, Sparta; her 3 children, Clifford (April) Amundson, Onalaska; Dale Amundson, Eau Claire; and Elvin Amundson, Sparta; her 10 grandchildren; and her brothers, Robert (June) Anderson, Melrose; and Marvin Anderson, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arvin and Helen Anderson; and a brother, Alvin Anderson.
