I am so sorry for your loss.
I met Elaine and Bud 33 years ago in the grocery store when they were smiling at my two little blond babes. Both so kind and friendly. Total strangers to me.
I was a transplant to Sparta from Madison and had no family here.
After talking for a few minutes to this angelic couple, I have Moriah and Elliott's first babysitters. Total strangers up till a few moments ago. I loved them immediately and knew that my precious children would be safe with them. When people can radiate that kind of love, you know you are looking at the work of God.

To all the family, our sincere sympathy and condolences. When I think of Aunt Elaine, I think of her diminutive stature, her sweet smile, and her melodic voice. For the years we referred to your sister, Elaine, as "little" Elaine, I wondered if someone was calling your Mom, "big" Elaine. Probably not. She was a lovely woman and will be missed.

Thank you for thinking of mom. She was a very special person as moms are. We will miss her dearly but she is dancing with dad now and we are so happy for her comfort.
