Jaden Allen Stalsberg

     Jaden Allen Stalsberg, 9, of Sparta, died Sunday, January 6, 2019 at Mayo Clinic Hospital, Rochester, MN. He was born in La Crosse, WI to Warren Jr. and Terri (Finch) Stalsberg.

     Jaden was an energetic, happy, silly little boy who was full of life. He loved swimming, coloring, drawing, playing with his best friend, Jaron, and playing tetherball with his sister, Caitlynn. He loved being outdoors.

     Jaden is survived by his parents, Terri and Warren; siblings, Amanda Hernandez, Kim (Joe) Gilbert, Bradley (Cassie) Stalsberg, Jordon Stalsberg, Courtney Stalsberg, Alyce Stalsberg, Zachary Stalsberg, Dustin Stalsberg, and Caitlynn Stalsberg; maternal grandparents, Rita and Gary Finch; paternal grandmother, Caroline Stalsberg; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and, friends.

     He was preceded in death by his great grandparents; paternal grandfather, Warren Stalsberg Sr.; two uncles; and a nephew, Jonathan Grajales.

     A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home, Sparta, with Reverend Mark Kvale officiating. Burial will be in Leon Cemetery, Leon. A luncheon will follow the burial at Trinity Lutheran Church in Sparta.

     Family and friends are invited to call from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until time of services on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorials. 

     The Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home, Sparta, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
