Roger E. Kinserdahl

     Roger E. Kinserdahl, 78, of Sparta, died Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Rolling Hills Rehabilitation Center, Sparta. 

    He is survived by his three sons, David (Terry), James (Carrie), and Matthew (Emily); numerous   grandchildren and great- grandchildren.  He is also survived by a sister, Beverly Fountas; brother, Larry; and several nieces and nephews. 

    Roger is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Kinserdahl; and by his mother and stepfather, Eldora (Stalsberg) Hughes and David Hughes.  He was also preceded in death by two sons, Joseph Paul and Mark Alan Kinserdahl.

    Roger served three years in the U.S. Navy and will have a burial with military honors conducted at the Minnesota Veterans Cemetery-Preston in Preston, MN on Friday, February 22, 2019 at 1 PM.
