Allen J. Polkoski

Allen J. Polkoski, 73, of Sparta died on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at his home. He was born on June 3, 1951 to Albin and Madeline (Curman) Polkoski in Milwaukee. He attended Solomon Juneau High School in Milwaukee.

After high school, he went on to a career in construction and concrete finishing. He met, and married, Laura Perry. Together, they had 2 children.

Allen loved to spend time with his family and friends. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, especially Deer Camp in Iron River, WI; telling numerous stories, and helping others.

Allen is survived by his son, Chad Polkoski, of Eau Claire, WI; granddaughter, Madeline; daughter, Elizabeth (Kyle) Stancil, of Arizona; sister, Cathy (Jim) Healey of Milwaukee; brothers, Tony (Toni) Polkoski of Sparta, and Dan Polkoski of Iron River; and the numerous nieces and nephews he loved and enjoyed so much.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife, Laura.

Services will be announced at a later date.
