Angeline M. Rapp, 94, of Sparta, died peacefully on the morning of August 28, 2019. She was born on April 23, 1925, to George and Bernice (Zanter) Mlsna. Angie and her siblings lost their mother when she was 10 and she and her siblings were subsequently sent to various homes to live. It would not be until adulthood that they were all reunited. Angie found her one and only and married Robert Rapp on February 15, 1944. Bob preceded her in death on August 9, 2002. They were blessed with five amazing children, James (Leslea) Rapp, Joyce (Douglas) Weinke, Jean (Jerry) Harrington, Jo Ann (David) Larson, and John (Debra) Rapp. They continue to carry on her legacy of good humor and adventure.
She is further survived by her nine loving grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her loving sisters, Virginia Schwarz and Ardella Muehlenkamp; and her “third son,” Gerald (Barb) Schwarz.
In addition to her husband, Robert, Angie was preceded in death by her siblings, Leonard, Bernard, and Geraldine Mlsna, Ruth Wichner, and Leona Hayden.
Angie had a full life filled with good friends and a loving family. Her legacy is the love and goodwill she leaves behind.

“Is it so small a thing to have enjoyed the sun, to have lived light in the spring, to have loved, to have enough to have done, to have advanced true friends?”
