Annette Kristine Revels was born on May 6, 1940, in Madison, WI to George and Margaret Nelson.

Annette married John Revels on June 28, 1958, in New Lisbon, WI.

Annette passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at the Morrow Home, Sparta, at the age of 83 years, 4 months, and 28 days. She was preceded in death by her husband, John; parents; son-in-law, Rod Brookman; brother John ‘Jack’ Nelson; sisters, Janet McVay and Joan Manson; 11 brothers-in-law and 1 sister-in-law, and nephews Phillip John Roberts and Jim Bob Udelhoven.

Annette is survived by her five children: John Jr., Joan, Jerry, Jeffrey, and Jennifer; 16 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sisters, Carol, Marty, Marge, Kathy, Alice, Jeannie, Merrilee; brothers, Tom and Veno; sisters-in-law, Rose Nelson, Rose Revels, and Betty Engel; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 9, 2023 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Sparta, with Father Eric Berns officiating. Burial will be at a later time in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Sparta.
