Danielle J. Fields

Danielle J. Fields, 23, of Sparta passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2024. She was born on September 3, 2000 to Jacci Osmond and Eric Fields, in Tomah. She grew up in Sparta, and graduated from Sparta High School in 2018.

After high school, Danielle attended Western Tech and graduated with an Associates Degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. She went on to work for Aveanna Home Healthcare in Onalaska. Danielle enjoyed running track, and playing volleyball in high school. She loved the outdoors, and loved spending time at the lake, boating, paddle boarding, and hunting. Danielle especially loved her boyfriend Keegan and their dog, Daxx; and gathering with family and friends. There was always plenty of laughter. No matter what Danielle did, she gave 100%.

Danielle is survived by her parents, Jacci Horstman (Kevin Locklear) of Sparta, and Eric Fields (Cherie Wondra) of Norwalk, Heather Spooner (John Pawinski); boyfriend, Keegan Savor of Sparta; siblings, Dylan (Devinne) Fields, Dakota Horstman, and Aaron Pepperkorn; maternal grandparents, Tim and Verna Osmond of Ontario; paternal grandparents, LeRoy and Debbie Fields of Ontario; great grandmothers, Esther Osmond of Wilton, and Carrie Doyle of Wilton; aunts Jesse Thorson (David Gnewikow) and Jenny (Nathan) Downing both of Ontario; uncle Travis (Stacey) Wittmershaus of Tomah; cousins Derek, Bret, Kylie, Venessa, Trinitey, Lacie, Tharon, Corey and Ben; and many other loving relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Phyllis Osmond; and aunt, Josey Osmond.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta, with Pastor Jef Skinner officiating.

Family and friends are invited for a Visitation from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sunday, at the funeral home. Please be encouraged to wear colorful and casual attire.
