Fred J. Fredrickson

     Fred Fredrickson, 69, of Sparta, died Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Sparta. He was born on September 24, 1951 in La Crosse, WI to Raymond and Alta (Brahmer) Fredrickson.

     Fred married Lisa Fredrickson on August 6, 1988. He worked in custodial care at Fort McCoy for many years. He was a member of the First Free Church.

     Fred is survived by his wife, Lisa A. Fredrickson; son, Chad Fredrickson; daughter, Lisa M. Fredrickson and stepsons, Michael Topness, and Mark Topness; grandchildren siblings and a large extended family.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, his deceased siblings and other deceased extended family members.

    A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at the Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, in Sparta, WI, with Reverend Randy Williamson officiating.

     Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery, Sparta.
