Jay C. Leonhardt, 62, of Sparta, died Friday, August 25, 2023 at his home. He was born on June 30, 1961 in Burlington, WI to Calvin and Joanne (Granger) Leonhardt.
He is survived by his brothers, Jon (Amy) Leonhardt of Sparta and Donald Leonhardt of Tennessee; sisters, Rae Ellen Rankin of Michigan City, IN and Joni Sczotka of Costa Mesa, CA; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Joanne and a sister, Jacklyn Marie Leonhardt.
