Jeffrey C Randall

Jeffrey C. Randall, 63, of Sparta, died Saturday, June 8, 2024 at his home. He was born on November 2, 1960 in Sparta to Carlyle and Marie (Parsneau) Randall. He grew up in Sparta and graduated from Sparta High School in 1979.

Jeff moved to Texas to work on the oil rigs.  He served in the US Army from 1981 to 1987. He then moved back to Sparta and worked as a mechanic at Randall Tire for a few years. He also worked in Tomah as an electrician and eventually starting his own business, Randall Electric LLC in 2010.  He worked as a master electrician up until 2023 before retiring for health reasons.

Jeffrey is survived by his children, Jessica (Aaron) Kewin-Kessler of Madison, Justin (Katie) Randall of Sparta, Nicole Randall of St. Paul, MN; his grandchildren; partner for 15 years, Kim Crocker of Sparta; father, Carlyle Randall of Sparta; siblings, Bruce (Janet) Randall of Sparta, Holly (Brian) Peth of Sparta, Mark Randall of Sparta; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Ellen Parsneau; and paternal grandparents, Jean and Mabel Randall.

A Celebration of Life for both Jeff and Carlyle will be held at 2 p.m. on August 10, 2024 at Harris Crossing, Sparta. Full military honors, provided by VFW post 2112 and American Legion Post 100, both of Sparta, will start the celebration at 2 p.m. at Harris Crossing.
