Obituary
Marjorie M. Endres, 82, Sparta, passed away peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, La Crosse. She was born on August 13, 1939 to Timothy and Alberta Sullivan. She grew up in Sparta.
Marjorie married George Endres on July 18, 1959. Together, they raised two children.
She worked for many years at Morrow Home before retiring. She enjoyed going to casinos, traveling, sight-seeing, watching NASCAR races, working around the house, and spending time with her 3 grandchildren. She always worried about everyone else before herself, and was very caring, loving, kind, and compassionate.
Marjorie is survived by her husband, George Endres; children, Darren (Cheryl) Endres and Kristi (Brian) Hoekstra; and grandchildren Taylor Hoekstra, Collin Endres, and Caden Endres; and sister, Evelyn Morkved.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marcella Schlaeger; and brother, Levi Sullivan.
A private family service will be held at a later time.
