Paul John Piechowski

Paul J. Piechowski, 55, of Sparta passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Serenity House in Tomah. He was born on September 19, 1967 to Robert and Carol (Sobotta) Piechowski, in Winona, MN.

He grew up in Bluff Siding, WI and graduated from CFC High School. He attended Winona Technical College where he earned a special CDL certification. He married Christine Hill on June 18, 1994. Together, they had 5 children, Rainey, Willow, River, Finn and Piper.

Paul deeply loved and was devoted to his wife and children. He was a Renaissance man who enjoyed carpentry, designing and building things, and could fix anything broken or not working. He loved fishing, boating, studying history, discussing politics, and following the stock market.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Carol Piechowski.

He is survived by his wife, Christine; children, Rainey, Willow, River, Finn, and Piper; brother, Mike Piechowski; and many other family members and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the Library at Le Chateau, La Crosse.
