Robert C. Lamb

SPARTA - Robert C. Lamb, 85, of Sparta passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024 at his home. He was born to Morris and Maude (Josewsky) Lamb on August 3, 1938, in Sparta. He grew up in Sparta and graduated from Sparta High School.

After graduation, Robert joined the Navy. During his four years of service, he worked in Electronic Counter Measures.

Robert met Betty Eichfeld at the Child Center, and they were married in 1971.

Robert was an avid golfer, and even recorded a hole in one. He also enjoyed camping with the Fuenger family, and working on building his model trains, in the basement. His greatest joy was his grandchildren, and he was super proud of all of them.

Robert is survived by his children, Lisa Bradford, Amy (Heath) Williams, and Jonathan Lamb; grandchildren, Timothy Bradford, Sarah Salas, Porter Williams, Olivia Williams; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Betty; and daughter, Mary Griffin.

Family and friends are invited for a visitation from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta.
