Robyn R. Pozanc

Robyn R. Pozanc, 64, of Portland Township, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020, at her home. She was born November 22, 1955, to James and Norma (Mossberger) Pozanc in California.

Robyn moved to the Trempealeau area at an early age. After high school she moved to La Crosse where she met her life partner, Marilyn A. Miessler. Robyn owned and operated Tattoo’s Bar in La Crosse. Robyn also was licensed in adult foster care in which she did for 30 years. She loved all her horses, dogs and cats on her hobby farm and loved fishing and going to auctions.

Robyn is survived by her life partner of 40 years, Marilyn Miessler, her daughter, Caycee Miessler (fiancé, Adam Boothe); three sisters, Patricia (David) Zwiefka; Kate Malles (Bob Jacobson); and Vicki Pozanc. She is further survived by her nieces and nephews: Shelly Maas (Ayla Brooks); Chris Maas (Dee Dee Nagel); Cyle Maas (Missy); Cory Malles (Bradley Olson); Stacy Malles (Brad Popelka); Melissa Bryant (Jon); Summer Pozanc; Keith Schindler; Sheri Schindler (Jamie Dahl); Kevin Schwartz; and Melissa Hammell (Nick); and several great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Norma; a sister, Barbara Hoffman; and a niece, Shauna Maas.
