Spencer "Bob" A. Millard

     Spencer A. “Bob” Millard, 86, of Black River Falls, died Sunday, July 28, 2019, at the Tomah VA Medical Center- Hospice Unit.

     He was born August 15, 1932. Spencer married Phyllis Jerome on November 13, 1954; together they had three daughters: Barbara (deceased), Gwendlyn, and Kathleen, they also raised their granddaughter, Angela. They were blessed with six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Bob was the last of his family of 12 brothers and sisters.

     Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, August, 17, 2019, a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Jim Pauley officiating. A visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m., until the time of service, Saturday, at the church.

     Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home, Sparta, is assisting the family with arrangements.
